Chris has been absolutely fantastic, I started the sessions feeling incredibly anxious and at a point where my day to day life was full of anxiety and worry. Chris was so easy to talk to and really opened my eyes to evidence based thinking and theories behind my anxiety. I feel so much happier and at ease daily and finally being more positive minded. Anxiety and overthinking many things consumes your mind and how you manage situations and I got to a point where I couldn’t see myself thinking or feeling differently but with Chris’s help I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and from the very first session I feel it’s had a huge impact on my mind and my health.
