For years I knew I had anger problems. I was always too proud to reach out and look for help. At one point it got so bad I knew it had to change and deep down I wanted to learn how to manage my anger and not be that angry person when things go wrong. I have now learnt how to manage my anger in everyday life and situations. I have learnt so much about myself and I highly recommend CBT with Chris to help anyone else in the same situation.
