I would definitely recommend CBT, I was very sceptical and apprehensive in the beginning but by the time I had had 2 sessions I could feel myself changing for the better. Before CBT I was walked all over by mainly my family, and was easily hurt by some things they used to say to me. I’m now a lot stronger, I’m a thinker not a worrier, I’m more positive on my outlook on life I’m the happiest I have been in like forever. Also Christine was really easy to talk to, she would always listen and the strategies she has given me have really helped me move forward in my life. I’m so grateful.
