I came to you with a lot of grief (family deaths) and needed help to stop increasing panic attacks.
There wasn’t a ‘lightbulb’ moment, but seeing you – for only 4 sessions – worked. I feel so much lighter and enabled to get on with life with renewed confidence. Knowing I can ‘top up’/see you again if needed,is a great source of comfort.
