Before seeing Chris I thought I would never feel myself again. I was wrong. Chris has helped me view my thoughts more clearly and in a much more helpful way. Thought records have particularly helped me unpick my unhelpful thinking, reducing my anxiety and therefore allowing me to move on with my life. I am in a better place now and I will continue to use CBT strategies to help me deal with unhelpful thoughts that arise in the future.


I highly recommend Chris and her CBT. I think CBT is amazing and makes you think in a whole different way. It should be taught to everyone! Thank you Chris for everything- you have helped me so much. You have been so welcoming and understanding.
