Young People and Children

Teaching children how to manage their worries is based on sound CBT and I am a fully qualified primary teacher with many years experience.

I have experience working with and counselling young people and children.

I enable young people to explore their unhelpful thinking and develop strategies to help themselves to see things in more helpful ways.

I have success in developing self esteem in children and young people.
