I have successfully used CBT with many clients with workplace stress. My clients have been able to increase their self esteem at work and believe again in what they do. I have been able to help my clients return to work after long periods. They have returned happy in the belief that they can manage any situation and feel good about themselves. This usually takes around 6 sessions.
