2 months ago I was suffering from Anxiety and didn’t think I could cope with it anymore. After 6 sessions here of CBT I have turned a corner and I feel like the person I wanted to be. The difference that 6 sessions of CBT has made to me is massive. I would recommend CBT to anybody with Anxiety. Coming to receive help early on, from a bloke’s point of view is the best thing to do.
