when I first came to my first session I found it very difficult to get out and do things on my own and would end up shying away completely. After my second session I already felt a difference in myself. Chris makes you feel completely at ease and like you can discuss anything. Now at the end of my 6th session I have improved so much and feel like I have the confidence to do so much more and get on with my life. I would 100% recommend CBT for anyone who needs a confidence boost or a boost in self esteem.
