Before coming to see Chris I felt I had nothing to look forward to in life. I felt an impending sense of doom no matter what I was doing and I found even the smallest of issues hard to deal with. However following my sessions I now have a completely new outlook on life. I am focusing more on myself and following my own interests- I feel in control of my own life instead of being puppeted by dread and doubt. Everyday I became more and more positive and it’s thanks to these CBT sessions. Take the advice Chris gives you and use the techniques because they do definitely work.
