I was quite down when I first went to see Chris having had issues with low self-esteem and anxiety for many years. I had always found it incredibly difficult to socialise and meet new people, and especially talking to clients at work. Chris was excellent at teaching me invaluable CBT techniques to deal with situations that I would usually find anxiety inducing, and to prevent unhelpful thought patterns that would feed my anxiety. Now, I can quite easily face situations that I would have found too daunting before. This has made a massive impact on my life and for the first time in a long time I can say that I am happy and hopeful for the future.
