My life was increasingly being dominated by anxiety and negative thoughts
that were stopping me from living the life I wanted. By chance I read an
article on Low Self Esteem and recognised all of the symptoms that I was
feeling. The article also mentioned that CBT had helped them cope. I booked
a series of sessions with Chris where I learnt strategies and techniques to
cope with anxious and negative feelings which includes replacing them with
more positive evidence based thinking.
I am now feeling more confident for the future and ready pursue my life
