I found Chris on her website where I read a testimonial about a client who felt a lot better after 3/4 sessions, so I thought I would give it a try. Chris is so easy to talk to and has a way of pulling out what the problem is; she says let’s explore and then I was able to think about things more thoroughly and normalise things. Chris was able to explain what the problem was. I’m not the sort of person who would go to counselling but I’m glad I did. It’s not about triggers but about my life experiences. My Anxiety was so bad but I didn’t want to go down the anti-depressant route; thankfully CBT has worked for me.
