When I first met Chris I was feeling very low, I was definitely depressed and felt I had very little to look forward to. During the course of our sessions Chris enabled me to see myself in a different way. She helped me to look at my skills, my knowledge and my abilities.
My self esteem was at an all time low but through gentle coaxing we were able to explore where these feelings came from and how I could build on a more positive picture of myself. With Chris’s help I have been able to start feeling motivated and recognise my skills and my worth.
I feel I have benefitted a great deal from our sessions going from a place of feeling I had nothing to look forward to; to now looking forward to the summer and all the things I will be doing. Thank you Chris.
