Suffering from anxiety for over 3 years , being on and off antidepressants, I needed to try something else. CBT therapy was advised to me by a friend and I am so grateful that I have found Chris. She is a wonderful person and a great therapist. Chris has helped me to understand my current situation and where my anxiety comes from. I can now recognise and deal with unhelpfull thinking .
