Sleep Problems

Are you struggling with a sleep problem?
Do you find yourself tossing and turning or walking around the house in the early hours?
The NHS recommend CBT as a means to help you regain your healthy sleep patterns.
CBT will enable you to explore what you are really worried about and teach you techniques to deal with it. Most clients can be helped within 6 sessions.
