When I booked to do CBT I was unsure if it was the correct course of action to help me with how I was feeling. I contacted Chris and outlined how I was feeling and what the issues were and she got back to me very quickly that CBT could help with my issues so I booked in an assessment.

I was essentially feeling very down with myself and felt unable to deal with things I had been previously able to. Over the course of 4 to 5 sessions we unpicked how I was feeling and the causes of it, and I learnt a different way of thinking and strategies to deal with my thoughts and emotions.
