“After just 2 months of having CBT, I feel like I have gained a lot more confidence in myself and as a result have adopted a healthier outlook on life. I am much more equipped to deal with things that used to worry me thanks to the techniques and coping strategies I have learnt throughout the course of CBT. It has offered me practical ways of spotting, challenging and – importantly – changing my biased way of thinking.
