How long does it take

For most people CBT can be learnt and used effectively in just 6 sessions.
Some people have complex underlying issues so may need to come for counselling far longer.
The majority of my clients take 6 sessions and are able to change their lives for a happier future.
The cost for 6 sessions including assessment is 6×50 = £300. Prepaid = £260.
