“After just 2 months of having CBT, I feel like I have gained a lot more confidence in myself and as a result have adopted a healthier outlook on life. I am much more equipped to deal with things that used to worry me thanks to the techniques and coping strategies I have learnt throughout the course of CBT. It has offered me practical ways of spotting, challenging and – importantly – changing my biased way of thinking. I know what I have learnt will continue to be an essential aid in my life going forward, so I owe a big thank you to Chris.
Before coming to see Chris I used to worry about my health. I would wake up in the night worrying and was making myself ill. After 4 weeks of CBT I am feeling so much better. I have learn strategies to cope with my anxiety and feel I can now live life to the full.

I started CBT feeling very low in myself. I’ve always found it hard to talk to anyone about my feelings and what’s going on in my life right now.. but since I started CBT I found it very relaxing and very re-assuring that I can talk about anything about my past and also going forward and dealing with everyday issues regarding my life. Now I feel more focussed, relaxed and a lot stronger frame of mind which is exactly what I wanted to achieve for myself and my family. Very highly recommended.
I have really benefitted from coming for 6 weeks of CBT. I wasn’t sure as I had researched CBT myself before and didn’t think it would work for me. But Chris has given me confidence to think differently. I would recommend Chris to anyone struggling with Anxiety and low mood.
I was quite nervous before coming as I’ve never had CBT before. However since having 3 sessions I have learnt some really helpful techniques to help manage my anxiety. It has really changed the way I now think about life and myself and has therefore allowed me to carry on happily whilst successfully manage any anxiety I might have.
I saw Chris for insomnia and we looked at the root causes that were keeping me awake at night. Working with Chris has helped me enormously and my sleep has improved.
I found Chris online and I’m so glad I did. Coming to my first session I didn’t realise just how much I needed to see her. Each session I could see myself and my thought process getting better and better. During the comparison of the DASS questionnaire from the first session to the last really amazed me-seeing my thought train alter so much to overcome anything has really cleared my mind to see all I was worried about become so trivial to me.
A weight really has lifted from me and I feel so positive minded to deal with everything.

When I booked to do CBT I was unsure if it was the correct course of action to help me with how I was feeling. I contacted Chris and outlined how I was feeling and what the issues were and she got back to me very quickly that CBT could help with my issues so I booked in an assessment.
I was essentially feeling very down with myself and felt unable to deal with things I had been previously able to. Over the course of 4 to 5 sessions we unpicked how I was feeling and the causes of it, and I learnt a different way of thinking and strategies to deal with my thoughts and emotions.
I now feel my self esteem has come on leaps and bounds and I feel so much better in myself and in all of my personal relationships.
I think that CBT has really helped me to look after myself and stand up for me. I can finally breathe and not overthink a situation if I take a step back.
Before I came to see Chris I didn’t see anything good for the future ahead. No light at the end of the tunnel. After only a few sessions with Chris I feel like I am already out of that tunnel and onto my future. CBT is the best way to cope with any worries or stress, and it has helped me a lot.

I was at rock bottom when I started CBT and it was difficult to speak at first but it got easier. I used to not be able to speak about my emotions. Now I have an open clearer mind and can step out and battle it myself.
My experience with CBT has helped me develop many skills to overcome my problems. I’ve learnt how to deal with stress in school and stress with others. Before I learnt to use CBT I didn’t understand how to control my stress and overthinking. But now I know methods to help myself with future problems. I know I can use CBT as it’s helped me a lot from only a few sessions.
