Couple or Relationship Counselling

Relationship or Couple counselling using CBT techniques can help.

These and many other issues can be explored through CBT couple counselling. CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy.

The sessions are based on individual sessions to explore where you are both at and to give support and techniques that will help you resolve issues surrounding your relationship. Then you will be seen as a couple for a few sessions and then finally individual sessions for you both to ensure that you are able to individually manage any anxiety or stress. The process is to teach you both to cope with the future and also what is happening in the present.
