Couple or Relationship Counselling

Are you in turmoil, do you not know what to do next?

Relationship or Couple counselling using CBT techniques can help.

  • Has your partner been unfaithful?
  • Are you having an affair?
  • Do you have no future together?
  • Has your partner changed?
  • Do you feel trapped?
  • Are you angry and find it difficult to manage?
  • Is your partner constantly angry or controlling?

These and many other issues can be explored through CBT couple counselling. CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy.

The sessions are based on individual sessions to explore where you are both at and to give support and techniques that will help you resolve issues surrounding your relationship. Then you will be seen as a couple for a few sessions and then finally individual sessions for you both to ensure that you are able to individually manage any anxiety or stress. The process is to teach you both to cope with the future and also what is happening in the present.

From my clients

I found Chris on her website where I read a testimonial about a client who felt a lot better after 3/4 sessions,  so I thought I would give it a try. Chris is so easy to talk to and hasTestimonial from Counselling

I have struggled with anxiety all my life, but, in recent years, it has gotten a lot worse. I was feeling constantly anxious and guilty about even the most trivial of things. Seeing Christine has made such a difference. I'm no longer in a perpetual state of anxiety and can rationalise my thoughts and feelings. Christine has helped me to realise that I'm not inherently this way, it's a product of my experiences, and I don't need to be defined by my anxieties. The first time I realised that I had subconsciously used Christine's CBT techniques to deal with a situation that would previously have had me in knots was a real Eureka moment. I can't recommend Christine highly enough.

Suffering from anxiety for over 3 years , being on and off antidepressants, I needed to try something else. CBT therapy was advised to me by a friend and I am so grateful that I have found Chris. She isTestimonial
