Losing someone you love is the most difficult experience. It can turn your world upside down.
Counselling can help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe place where you can talk freely without upsetting others who are personally involved.
Grief is a form of enormous Loss and everyone deals with it differently. Having a sympathetic and non-judgemental listener can help you explore your feelings and emotions.
If your thoughts are unhelpful and creating Anxiety, Stress or Depression CBT can help.
There are no specific time frames to come to Acceptance and sometimes this never happens; having counselling can be extremely helpful.
