Being Anxious is really no fun at all! It engulfs your life and makes you feel exhausted from going over your problems and your lack of sleep.
We become Anxious from how we see ourselves in our world. Low self worth means that we feel we can’t cope with life’s problems leading to Anxiety. Through CBT techniques I can teach you how to manage your worries and fears and look at problems in more helpful ways. Many of my clients have suffered from Anxiety and now say CBT changed their life for the better and the future looks good now.
